Business owners: if you have a successful track record of owning businesses overseas and looking to set up your operations in Australia, you could consider the business owner visa category. In order to qualify, we would initially assess whether, for 2 out of the 4 last fiscal years, you had an ownership stake in 1 or 2 businesses that had at least $750,000 turnover. You will also need to be in a position to transfer at least $1.25 million worth of personal & business assets to qualify. 

Investors: if you aren’t looking to set up a business in Australia, however able to invest at least $2.5 million into approved funds, and also able to transfer $2.5 million worth of personal & business assets into Australia, you could consider an Investor Visa.

Note: each state/local government will also have additional set of criteria which will need to be satisfied.
